D. On-line Help

The On-line Help was included to make CMS easy to use. It includes several different methods for a user to obtain help and accomplish what needs to get done. The Help menu on the menu bar allows you to do several things:

1. Search for a term by category.
2. Search for specific words or phrases.
3. View a glossary of terms.
4. Determine the meaning of a symbol.
5. Determine what any given menu option does.

In addition, on the right of the tool bar is a Pointer/Question Mark button. Upon selecting this, the mouse cursor will change to a help mode. While in this help state, the user my click on anything on the screen and a help screen will be presented describing the function. 

At any time you may hit the F1 key on your keyboard, and a help window will appear for the current window, object, or button. Within this help window, you can click on any highlighted term for the definition.
