E. Troubleshooting
Problem: The Login dialog does not appear when CMS is booted up.
Solution: Make sure that the 4 DLLs that include DBDLL.dll, MMCIGUI.dll, Mfc42d.dll and Msvcrtd.dll are in the system32 directory under the default window path (usually Winnt or Winnt35).
Problem: An error dialog containing the message "Can NOT open user repository" is displayed upon the booting of CMS.
Solution: Make sure that the INMS.INI file is located in the default window path directory which is usually Winnt or Winnt35. You may also want to be certain that you can access the CMS Data path.
